Hello, I am Charles Brennen, a second generation hairdresser from both father and mother. Born and raised in Chicago North Shore I spent my younger years going to my father and mother's hair salons as they managed a total of three after high school. I knew I wanted to do hair, and when I asked my dad to pay for school, he asked me why I wanted to do hair, saying it was backbreaking work for 12 hour days that would never make me rich. I asked him, "Why do you still do it father?" and he said, "Well son, I love it." I told him I will love it too, and I have ever since then. Doing hair has not only led me to find my talent, but also helped me to find my purpose in life, to touch ones' souls with the love of Jesus, the one that gave my life back at the age of 18 years old.
